If you get a job over summer break, work permits are obtained through the district office located at 545 Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 (951) 253-7000. You must have an intent to hire form signed by an employer. Permits are not issued in case you get hired, only if you have been offered a job. The work permit is specific to the employer.
When you have the intent to hire form, you will need to email it to Brian Deis, Ana Ramirez and Shauantae Duncan at the LEUSD District Office. It can be a scan or picture of the document. Once your information is received, it will be processed as soon as possible.
